Last updated: March 2026
These terms and conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by SquadServ Ltd ("SquadServ", "we", "us", "our"), a professional cleaning company headquartered in Bristol, operating across the United Kingdom. By booking any of our services through our website, telephone, or email, you ("the Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these terms.
SquadServ provides a range of domestic and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to carpet cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, landscaping, communal area cleaning, window cleaning, fire alarm callout, ground maintenance, office cleaning, and sparkle cleaning. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Bookings can be made through our website, by telephone, or via email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from SquadServ. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed date and time. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
Prices quoted on our website are indicative and may vary based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property. A final quote will be provided before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full quoted amount.
The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our team is unable to gain access and the appointment cannot proceed, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation. The Client must ensure that any valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items are secured or removed from the cleaning area prior to the service.
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will arrange a free re-clean of the areas in question at a mutually convenient time. Re-clean requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for complimentary re-cleaning.
SquadServ carries comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property as a direct result of our cleaning activities, please notify us in writing within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value covered by our insurance policy.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed to our team prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for colour fading, shrinkage, or other effects of cleaning on materials that are not colourfast or are in a deteriorated condition.
All SquadServ staff are trained in health and safety procedures and use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. The Client must inform us of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to asbestos, pest infestations, or structural issues. We reserve the right to decline or cease work if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
SquadServ shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or industrial action.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
